Service Description
During this free initial consultation, we’ll sit down together and talk through your hopes, concerns, birth preferences, and what kind of support you’re looking for throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, learn more about my approach as a doula, and decide whether we feel like a good fit for your journey. Consultations are available virtually or in-person depending on location and availability.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your due date and secure on-call availability. Remaining balances are due by 37 weeks unless otherwise arranged. Because birth support requires limited client availability and extended on-call time, payments made after on-call support begins are non-refundable. Clients may contact me directly regarding rescheduling prenatal or postpartum visits when possible. Doula services provide emotional, physical, and informational support and are not a substitute for medical care. I am currently working toward Medicaid approval for doula services in Texas and can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement through eligible insurance plans. *This does not GUARANTEE reimbursement
